It was a late night...

It was a late night for many and in the end efforts to repeal and replace the affordable care act failed very early Friday morning. Sens. John McCain, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski joined together and along with Democrats to oppose the measure from moving forward. So what now? This is uncharted territory for our country. We need to continue to reach out to our decision makers to help form our future in terms of healthcare and other important areas. We need to reinforce that we need people working in the healthcare industry to guide this process and to provide factual information on how to move forward properly. We have to pray that ego's and emotions will be set aside for the good of everyone. In the end we need to have a real plan for moving forward. Yes, we need to make changes, but we need to move forward as a country with caution, great thought and planning, Otherwise, the consequences could be disastrous for so many.

Take the time to get involved! Make you voice heard for yourself and others! Healthcare is not the only issue that needs to be resolved, human rights, the military and others are on the table and at risk! Take the time no matter where you stand!
