From Neglect to Respect: Taking Care of YOUR

Do you ever feel like your needs are always at the bottom of the list? This is a common problem for many caregivers - you're so focused on caring for your loved one that you forget to care for yourself! Join us for this Wellness Workshop where Dr. Vivek Sinha will discuss how to partner with your doctor to best manage your own health. Learn more about how to live a healthier lifestyle (even as a busy caregiver!), tips for preventative care, and how to work with your doctor to ensure you're getting the comprehensive care you need. This program is a part of our ongoing Wellness Workshop series, for caregivers to focus on their own health and well-being. All sessions are FREE, and offered quarterly on Saturdays.

This program is a part of our ongoing Classes for Caregivers series. All sessions are FREE, and held the third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Respite care may be available by request; please call to make arrangements.
