Women have and continue to play a critical role in our society. The two highest IQ's ever documented are women! So it is no surprise that science, technology, medicine, space travel, mathematics, education, and more have been significantly impacted by women!

For this reason and many more, take a moment on International Women's Day to reflect and be thankful for those who have contributed and given so much! Say thank you to someone who has made a positive impact on your life. Take time to reflect on the 2019 Campaign theme of #BalanceforBetter! How can you help to shape a more gender-balanced world? What steps can be taken in your community and beyond to create balance? As an individual how can you advocate this for others? How can you get more involved?

Today celebrate women's achievement! Raise awareness against prejudice and bias! Take action for equality! Make this something that is not just for today, but everyday! Because a balanced world is truly a better world!
