Upcoming ALCA MidAtlantic Chapter Conference

The MidAtlantic Chapter of ACLA will be holding their chapter conference on November 17-18 at the Marriott Fairview Park, Falls Church, VA!

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter supports ~150-200 Aging Life Care/Geriatric Care Managers who work in the Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, D.C areas.

Eldementals, LLC and other Aging Life Care Managers provide comprehensive assessments of older adults, recommend and coordinate care options, monitor ongoing services and keep family and other professionals updated. The goal being to advocate on behalf of their clients’ wishes, whether it be to remain home or transition to a supportive community.
