Eldementals Cares Program

We are now offering the Eldementals Cares Covid Program In an effort to combat loneliness and isolation we are offering free volunteer calls to those in need. If you would like to receive a call once a week please reach out to us at www.eldementals.com through our contacts tab.

This is a free public service, social program and will not be care management focused. A volunteer will only ask for your first name and can provide some basic community resources only if asked. A volunteer will also ask if you would like a return call.
