It's the Holiday Season!

As we begin to embrace the 2020 holiday season let us reflect upon the year and give thanks for the things that really matter - friends, health, food, shelter, love, family, chosen family, and simple moments of happiness, peace, and joy…

This holiday season is very different this year, but joy is still there if we choose to find and embrace it!

For safety during covid please try to avoid the following this holiday season:

  • Attending crowded restaurants and indoor dining.

  • Going shopping in crowded stores especially right before, or immediately after the Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays.

  • Attending crowded outdoor events such as festivals and parades. Keep 6 foot social distancing intact for all!

  • Attending larger indoor gatherings and parties with people from outside of your household.

Please do the following:

  • Reach out if you have any questions or needs!

  • Wear a mask over mouth & nose whenever you are out and about or around others outside of the home. Do not touch your eyes or mask when out.

  • If having guests over during the winter holidays please ask them to social distance well for 14 days prior to coming, wear a mask, and ask them to do the same while at your home. Meet outside in good weather to minimize risk!

  • Ask them to complete on the day of, prior to coming the online Mayo Clinic Covid assessment tool-

  • Stay 6 feet apart from others from outside the home at all times.

  • Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds.

  • Clean & Disinfect daily high traffic areas and regularly used objects & surfaces.

Stay safe and well!
